Why India Government is Trying to Prove That Nobody is Hungry & Poor In This Country

Government is not the ruler, it is a servant but to gain the power again lots has been tried but people are intelligent to see the designs of capitalist forces which claim to be pro-poor.

See the Answer in Union Budget of India Year 2008-2009 (You can also give your views on government budget or propose your own taxes as governments need such peopl who can devise new terminologies for looting the people ).

Remember people used to pay upto 97% of their income as tax when India was ruled by East India Company. Is India heading to that kind of tax regime and literal slavery at the hands of its own so call legitimate rulers?
    • Banking cash transaction tax withdrawn from April 1, 2009 (Banks are still looting customers for lots of undesirable charges)
    • Indirect tax proposals to result in loss of Rs 5,000 cr (Government is able to loose this much as if it was its right)
    • Direct tax proposals to be revenue neutral (Government don't want to make people realize that it is taking too much back directly like a robber.)
    • Dividend of subsidiary company will be exempt from DDT (dividend distribution tax is waived for increased earning for big companies so that they can fund the elections easily)
    • Reduce central sales tax to 2% (Sales will increase 200 % by this, Is this the calculation?)
    • Increase in short term capital gains tax to 15% (To stop people from earning quick money out of stock market, then why not to make the stock trading illegal)
    • 5-yr tax holiday for setting up hospitals in tier-II, tier III regions (so that they can harvest lots of kidneys to promote cheap medical tourism)
    • Excise duty of Rs 1.35/litre on unbranded petrol (??)
    • Excise duty of Rs 4.6/litre on unbranded diesel (?)
