MLM are fraud in a sense that they depend on the number of people you can convince to play a gamble which you have played. Or you can say that you are asking people to play gamble beacause you will be benefitted in the process when they take risk. So the whole concept is on taking of risk which is never ensured or there is no money back guarantee. If the MLM companies are so sure about the fact that they will get you minimum desired number of members joining through you then why don't they give you money back guarantee. If MLM is a legal business you should be able to insure your investment as in other investment or business.
